When Should I Visit?
For the best Lake Geneva experience, plan a mid-week stay between Monday and Thursday, especially during summer months when weekends get crowded. September is ideal—the water remains warm (often reaching the mid-80s°F), but the summer crowds have dispersed once school resumes.
Where Are You Located?
We’re located just a stone’s throw from downtown in a prestigious residential area—only three blocks from the Riviera, placing you close to all local attractions.
Do You Have Pier Access?
Yes! Our property includes a private pier where guests can swim or relax on the deck. The crystal-clear lake waters sometimes offer visibility down to 20 feet, making it perfect for observing aquatic life.
What’s Your Boat Policy?
We welcome non-motorized boats including kayaks, SUPs, and floaties. However, boat parking at the pier is not permitted. We’ve installed a ramp with steps for easy water access and kayak launching.
Are Pets Allowed?
Dogs are welcome and can swim off the pier using our specially designed ramp. However, cats are not allowed on the premises. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a dog, including the breed, due to insurance and room restrictions.
Do You Provide Meals?
We do not offer meal services, but we’re happy to recommend excellent local dining options.
How Can I Make My Stay Perfect?
Help us prepare for your visit by sharing the purpose of your stay—whether you’re interested in seasonal pier activities or specific amenities. Let us know if you require ground-floor accommodations to avoid stairs for you or your pet.
What Are Your Inn Policies?
Our inn is a serene, intimate retreat with just 6 rooms and a cottage. We require:
- A minimum two-night stay
- Advance notification if bringing a dog
- No firearms or weapons (except for law enforcement)
- A peaceful, complaint-free atmosphere
How Do I Book?
Reservations work similarly to AirBnB—you must first request to book. Reservations aren’t final until we confirm, which prevents double-booking given our limited rooms.
